You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected, and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
No returns allowed; all sales are FINAL.

All pieces sold are handmade and might have slight variations including: color, labeling, size, weight, as well as have slight imperfections. We shall try to represent all pieces accurately as possible via photo to relay the best image to the end user. If you want to be extra sure that a production piece is exactly as shown in the photos, then contact our site either through e-mail or by calling our line directly to speak with an associate.

If you received the wrong item then you will have to pay for shipping and insurance back to us; we will ship you the correct item after receiving the original in the same condition it was in before we shipped it.

If the item shipped back to us is broken during shipping or used we will not ship replacement until claim is complete.
For items shipped out to customer and received broken:
Shipping insurance is offered on all items sold. If you elect to not choose this option, no returns will be allowed on any items received broken. If shipping insurance is paid for and you receive any item broken all claims must be made within 6 hours of receipt. This claim is only effective for pieces broken during shipping, you must submit with your claim pictures of the box, and pictures of the broken item. If piece arrives broken, promptly desist with further unpacking; take pictures of packaging, both exterior and interior. You must keep all in as close to a condition to when you received it until claim is complete as shipper may want to send a representative to inspect the box and broken items before shipper approves the claim. Once claim is approved you will then have a credit for the full amount of the purchase on any of the items sold on the website.
